Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item. If the order consists of several lots or parts, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last lot or part. The period means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email or use the standard cancellation form, which you can find at the bottom of the terms and conditions. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without also notifying us.


Cancelling part of your purchase
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.

Returns
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.
You will be responsible for returning the item and will be responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping.
The cost of returning these items is expected to be a maximum of DKK 99.

No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be cancelled:

Delivery of food, beverages or other goods for current household consumption, which are physically delivered to your home or workplace by a trader who regularly delivers goods to your area,

Delivery of goods that are made to your specifications or have been clearly personalized,
Delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery,

The condition of the goods when you return them
If the goods have lost value, and this is because you have used them in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, you can only get a part of the purchase price back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the goods and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a decrease in the value of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is decreased in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement.
We will return the money using the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have received the goods, unless you send us documentation that you have returned them.

The item will be shipped to the above address.
We only accept packages that are shipped directly to the address.
You can also cancel your purchase by notifying us and delivering it personally to the above address. However, only with prior agreement.

Right of complaint

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sales Act apply to purchases of goods.
This means that you have a right to complain for 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the fault. If you make a complaint within two months after the fault has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

We only accept packages that are sent directly to the address.
When you return the item, please include a detailed description of the problem.
