These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of The Nissen Coffee Farm's Website, located at https://www.nissencoffee.com.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Nissen Coffee if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Payment

We offer payment with Visa/Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Mobilepay. We do not charge card fees.

All amounts are stated incl. VAT in Danish kroner. The amount will only be charged to your card when the item is shipped.

Shipping or Delivery

We ship throughout Denmark with GLS to Parcel Shops and business addresses. Delivery time 1-3 days to addresses in Denmark. Price DKK 49.-

Always free shipping on purchases over DKK 499,- (However DKK 2,500,- (2,000,- ex. VAT) for business customers)

Delivery is made to the address provided and is received by the customer or their authorized representative. The recipient address must be filled in correctly when purchasing in the webshop; if it is incomplete, there will be a fee of DKK 62.50, which will be invoiced separately to the customer. The same applies if the package cannot be delivered to the address and is thus redirected to a nearby parcel shop. There will be a fee of DKK 62.50 for this redirection, which will be invoiced separately to the customer.

If you do not pick up your package at the delivery location or have provided an incorrect address, phone number or email, the package will be returned to Nissen Coffee Roastery. You will be charged the actual price for this return if you do not want the package sent again. If you want the package sent again, you must purchase shipping again.
